Controlled-beta notice: this page describes current handling at a practical level. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel, and public self-service will remain closed until the controller identity, processor terms and retention schedule have received legal review.
What we collect
- Aggregate, anonymised analytics (page views, referrer, country) via Cloudflare Web Analytics — no cookies, no cross-site tracking.
- Email address if you submit it to the newsletter form (separate consent, double opt-in).
- For invited application users: account identifiers, workspace and client content, usage records, quality evidence and operational logs needed to provide and secure the service.
- Connection credentials supplied for publishing or analytics. Contentify encrypts stored credentials and does not include credential material in workspace exports.
How we use it
We use marketing analytics to understand which content is useful, newsletter addresses only for the subscription requested, and beta application data to provide the service, enforce limits, diagnose failures and protect customer workspaces.
Third parties
Current service providers may include Cloudflare, Railway, Sentry, Mailjet, Stripe, DataForSEO and the AI provider selected for a task. A customer-specific processor list and data-processing terms will be supplied before paid public self-service opens.
Export, retention and deletion
Invited workspace owners can export a portable archive of their workspace data. An organization-deletion request enters a 30-day recovery period before permanent deletion of the workspace database records and private content assets held by Contentify. Security credentials and password hashes are excluded from exports. Copies already published to a configured destination, including a hosted site, follow that destination's separate unpublishing and retention process; we confirm their handling with the customer during the controlled beta.
